Search topics, not patients.
Search and filters operate in your browser using the fixed recommendation and source catalog downloaded with the page. There are no patient forms, clinical measurements, calculators, or patient-specific outputs. Do not enter names, identifiers, medical histories, or individual patient details.
Your search terms and filters appear in the page address so you can share a topic search. We do not store a search history, use browser storage, or add analytics or advertising scripts. The app checks a public version identifier when you return so it can offer a reload after a release; it does not attach search text or form contents to this check. The hosting provider may process page addresses and standard connection information to deliver and protect the website. Fonts and icons are served with the site.
Opening official sources.
Source links open the issuing organization’s website in a new tab, without sending this page’s address as a referrer. Those websites set their own access, privacy, and usage terms. Guideline text and charts belong to their respective publishers.
Source suggestions and corrections.
The optional source suggestion form sends the category, title, link, and message to the site’s private editorial queue. No patient information or attachments should be submitted. App feedback also uses the private queue and includes its selected category, app version, and a predefined page name. Search text, screenshots, and device identifiers are not attached automatically. There is no contact information field. Suggestions are not posted automatically. The owner can review their status or remove them. The private workspace requires owner sign-in through ChatGPT.
Temporary salted address digests and daily counts may be used to limit abusive submissions. Raw addresses are not saved in the editorial queue; the host may separately process connection information.
Using this directory.
NICU Hearts is an independent reference with general source-backed summaries and an official-source directory. Listing a document does not imply affiliation, endorsement, a complete inventory, or approval for a particular patient or workplace. Read the original guidance, its scope and revisions, alongside your local approved policies.
Recommendation summaries, source descriptions and search metadata are AI-assisted and checked against linked official passages. They are general information, not individualized clinical advice. Independent clinician review is not claimed.
